Josh Powell
Founded by Josh Powell, a proud local from Penygroes, Carmarthenshire, the business is rooted in strong values, hard work, and a commitment to getting the job done properly—no matter how difficult the task. Josh is fully qualified in decontamination and biohazard cleaning, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), which ensures that hazardous materials are handled safely, legally, and with full consideration of health risks.
With a practical, hands-on approach, Josh is known for being a “doer”—someone who steps in when others step back. His experience, determination, and attention to detail ensure that every environment is restored safely and thoroughly. Outside of work, Josh is a lifelong rugby enthusiast and player, a dedicated father of three, and has a strong passion for agriculture and rural life, which reflects the grounded values at the heart of the business.
Sian James
Supporting the company is Sian James, who manages the administration, finances, and organisational side of Dragon Bio Clean Ltd. Sian brings a wealth of professional expertise, with qualifications in leadership and management, safeguarding, hoarding management, and child psychology, alongside a strong background in education and safeguarding. Her daily work supporting vulnerable individuals provides the foundation for a compassionate, person-centred approach across the business.
This combined experience is vital in the biohazard cleaning industry, where situations are often sensitive and emotionally difficult. Compassion, professionalism, and respect are just as important as technical skill when supporting people affected by trauma or hazardous situations.
